Today’s Photo of the Day shows my spicy shrimp vegetable noodle soup (pho) with no noodles but rice instead!
Special soup!
My mom had given me soup to take home and while I was cooking it up I accidentally dropped the noodles into dirty sink water. Sad face. As a solution I made rice to replace the noodles. Having rice with pho is delicious! I normally have a side bowl of rice with my pho anyway (even if I hadn’t dropped noodles into dirty sink water). You should try it! ;)
