I am so excited to announce that I’ll be speaking at the 2015 Spark Women’s Leadership Conferece in Fort St. John, British Columbia this May!
I’m leading a social media workshop at the Spark Women’s Leadership Conference!
I’ll be leading a workshop on social media branding:
Using Social Media to Build Your Personal and Professional Brand!
Learn how to use social media to build your brand personally and professionally! In this session you’ll see examples of how powerful social media can be in brand building, and walk away with takeaways on how to use social platforms like Twitter to build and reach and engaged audience.
Learn how to:
- Find your online niche and own it
- Use social networks to increase brand awareness and build better audience relationships
- Incorporate social media policy, guideline, and strategy
- Tap into analytics
- Understand social media best practices
The conference runs May 12 + 13 and is geared towards women working/managing/leading small and large business, in government, education, tourism, hospitality, energy, or home-based companies.
I’m lucky I’ve had a lot of opportunities to do one-on-one and social media group training since I started at NAIT and look forward to leading this session somewhere I’ve never been before! I hope I get some time to explore Fort St. John, B.C. during my stay at the conference.
Looking forward to speaking at Spark!
Check out the Spark website for a list of their other confirmed speakers, and if you’re in the area, I’d love to meet you!
